About the Founder
Sandeep Goyal is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 33 years of proven expertise in driving manufacturing excellence, cost optimization, and strategic transformation across diverse geographies and product categories.
A distinguished alumnus, he graduated with distinction in Commerce from Punjabi University, Patiala (1987) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) in 1991. To strengthen his global perspective, he pursued advanced programs including Winning Sustainability Strategies at IMD Switzerland (2022) and a certification in Corporate Social Responsibility from ICAI. He is Member of the CII – Expert Committee on Total Cost Management
His career reflects deep expertise in operations management, finance, costing, budgeting, CAPEX, compliance, supply chain, procurement, and sustainability. Known for his Operational-Financial acumen, he has consistently unlocked value by stripping operational inefficiencies and enabling competitive advantage.
Over three decades, he has led high-impact transformations across manufacturing, finance, and operations, delivering measurable performance improvements and sustainable growth outcomes. His leadership journey combines a unique blend of financial discipline, operational agility, and strategic innovation, underpinned by a commitment to responsible business practices.
